
The quiet village of Piperkovo is located at 57 km away from the city of Ruse just between the villages of Karamanovo on the West and Tsenovo in East. It is situated in the Tsenovo municipality, less than 170 kilometers from the Bucharest airport and around 207 km away from the capital city of Sofia.
The infrastructure of the village is very well-developed. It village itself is located on the main Svishtov-Byala-Ruse motorway. There are very good conditions for growing crops due to the favorable location between the Yantra river on the East and the Danube on the North.
True to its name, the village is famous for its pepper fields. . The place preserves the traditional Bulgarian customs and cultural heritage. Different ethnic cultures comprise the population of the village. The area, along with its rich history has inspired famous Bulgarian writer P. Slaveykov, which reflected in his works and travel notes.
Each spring there is fancy ball as part of the tradition. The annual fun fair is held on November 21st.
The property is located close to the center of the village, on an asphalt street with year-round convenient access. It is a flat and well-maintained yard, together with the residential and farm buildings built on it. The main house is two-storey, with a built-up area of about 55 m2 per floor.
