The quiet village of Gorno Ablanovo is located at 45 km away from the city of Rousse just between the villages of Batin and Ekzarch Yosif in the Borovo municipality, near the serene coast of the Danube river, less than 150 kilometers from the Bucharest airport. The village has very well developed agricultural sector heavily focused on cereal production with some crops wining highest awards in national fairs.
The village has very well-developed infrastructure – part of an old military road. The place preserves the traditional Bulgarian customs and cultural heritage. The land is famous for its perennial water sources which led to the building of several fountains, cherished by the local community.
The national fun fair is celebrated on November 7th.
The property is located near the center of the village, on a wide asphalted street with convenient access all year round. It is a flat, very well maintained yard with a main living house built in it, a summer kitchen attached to it with newly built bathrooms and three additional outbuildings. The main house includes an entrance hall, a vestibule, two large rooms and a basement. The summer kitchen is divided into two rooms and a bathroom section, which includes a large bathroom, laundry room and toilet. Different types of young fruit trees are planted in the yard.
