The quiet village of Piperkovo is located at 57 km away from the city of Ruse just between the villages of Karamanovo on the West and Tsenovo in East. It is situated in the Tsenovo municipality, less than 170 kilometers from the Bucharest airport and around 207 km away from the capital city of Sofia.
The infrastructure of the village is very well-developed. It village itself is located on the main Svishtov-Byala-Ruse motorway. There are very good conditions for growing crops due to the favorable location between the Yantra river on the East and the Danube on the North.
True to its name, the village is famous for its pepper fields. . The place preserves the traditional Bulgarian customs and cultural heritage. Different ethnic cultures comprise the population of the village. The area, along with its rich history has inspired famous Bulgarian writer P. Slaveykov, which reflected in his works and travel notes.
Each spring there is fancy ball as part of the tradition. The annual fun fair is held on November 21st.
The property is located in the high part of the village, on a southern slope with a nice view to the surrounding hills. The access is on an asphalt street. The power supply is with reliable wires, on six poles from the substation. The main house is on two floors of 35 m² and includes a large corridor and two rooms on each floor. It is structurally strong, but the roof needs repair. Next to the house is a summer kitchen, and behind the house there is an outbuilding with an area of about 25 m².
