And more importantly you only have to speak with one contact at prodaigo.bg rather than having to answer the same questions time and time again!!!

Our business is modelled around finding buyers for properties and not properties for buyers! This means that we are working for the buyer organising them to view and hopefully purchase a property which meets their demands. The buyer ultimately pays our fees.

We offer landlords a full property management service, for a fixed % fee of the monthly rent we will visit your rental property every 90 days to carry out inspections, we will collect the rent on your behalf and pay it to a nominated account, and we will ensure any emergency repairs or key holding events are dealt with immediately.

For an additional fee of 150lv per tenant over the age of 18 we can offer a full referencing services, this includes ensuring the applicants taxes are up to date, that the applicants work history checks out to that of which they apply, that a rent affordability calculation is completed, that one character and one work reference is obtained prior to contract commencement.
